Dns improvement

Things that should be recommended: 0-RTT, Session Resumption caching, DNS CAA, DNS Load Balancing between all closest servers via Round Robin or Least Connection,  NextDNS Stats to know about outages, the ability to see how many queries were blocked by blocklist individually and safely remove the burdens.
