Does NextDNS blocks iPhone microphone?

I have iPhone 13 Pro and randomly when someone phones me  cannot hear me.

 

I ask because I see in logs I see NextDNS blocks a lot of Apple services

    No, NextDNS is a DNS service that blocks requests to online services.

    Blocking the microphone (system wide) with an App is not even possible on iOS.

    You might have a hardware issue…
