macOS: When Installing nextdns using a Configuration Profile there's no controls to connect/disconnect

Currently I do use an App Store app. And decided to use a recommended method through Configuration Profile.

When I use an app I see an icon in menu bar and this config (controls) in network settings:

When installed a profile I see this:

I understand there should be the same (as with having an app installed) just: "NextDNS" entry in networking settings with control right?

I suspected maybe just because I'm installing profile after I've had an app that controls not appearing, but I've tried on 2 different macs, 1 of which did not have an app installed prior to adding a config profile.
