Google Meet problems

I'm experiencing disconnections with Google Meet when enabling NextDNS macOS client.

After several tries I've found that the issue was NextDNS since it works perfect when I'm not connected (and also it says so in the NextDNS dashboard).

I usually connect to edgeuno-bue.

The disconnections happens randomly every around 5 minutes and lasts for around 4-5 seconds, the rest of the time works without problems.

    Same here but on Ubuntu. It seems to me that it relates to outgoing Google traffic because while in the call I can hear everyone but they can't hear me or see me for some time. I've tried multiple times with and without Nextdns and it is indeed NextDNS, that ALWAYS happens with me

    Do you have enabled "Anonymized EDNS Client Subnet" on the Settings tab -> Performance section?

    If so, what happens if you disabled it?
