Network latency issue every day at 7PM? Report diagnostic error

I have this issue every day or most days around 7PM in the UK. Sometimes it fixes itself after reboot.

Trying to report diagnostic via terminal fails with this error, but it used to work fine before.

Post unsuccessful: status 400
{"error":"0: instance.Test requires property \"Client\"\n"}%

I have NextDNS CLI 1.11.0 on macOS 10.15.7

    what are the other symptoms you experience? is dns resolving not working any more, pinging to 1.1.1.1 etc.?
