Discord blocked By Social Networks but also by Websites, Apps and Games - conflict of rules

That's likely working as intended since there's overlap (Discord is being site blocked & categorically blocked, disabling the site block during recreation time isn't going to override the categorial block that's still enabled during recreation time) and it sounds like you don't have Social Networks allowed during recreation time, only Websites, Apps, Games.

You would either need to eliminate the Discord overlap (block it by website only or block it at the category level only but not both) or enable both the Social Networks exception & Websites, Apps, and Games exception during recreation time. 

It being blocked at the category (Social Networks) level is working as it should (if you don't have it allowed during recreation time) regardless of it being unblocked at the site (Websites, Apps, Games) level during the same active recreation time
