DOT doesn't work when I'm disconnected from Wifi

Hello,

For a few days now, my phone has been telling me that it can no longer connect to private dns as soon as I switch to mobile data. I tried with one from CloudFlare to eliminate the port that could be blocked by the operator but it works.

I have to remove the DoT in order to access the internet.
