issue when install nextdns in centos 7

I tried nexdns and has issue like

Retrieving key from https://repo.nextdns.io/nextdns.gpg

https://repo.nextdns.io/rpm/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno -1] Gpg Keys not imported, cannot verify repomd.xml for repo nextdns
