It was vercel that was blocked in China.

Resolved - All systems normal.
May 14, 15:29 UTCMonitoring - We have made changes to ensure the vercel.com and vercel.app domains are accessible once again from China after a block was placed from within the country.
For those impacted that are using a custom domain on Vercel, the issue can be mitigated by changing your A record value pointing to Vercel from 76.76.21.21 to 76.223.126.88.
While we have resolved the issue impacting CNAME records, we still recommend changing cname.vercel-dns.com to cname-china.vercel-dns.com for additional redundancy.
May 14, 13:42 UTCInvestigating - We are currently investigating reports of errors when accessing Vercel deployments from China. We will provide further updates when available.

Vercel officially said that it has been restored, but "my.nextdns.io" still cannot be accessed.

If you need your site stable in China, your best bet is to host in China. Otherwise, the Great Firewall of China will be continuously causing issues for your site as it's performing its Security deep packet inspections.
If you need a Vercel-like solution for China, you can look at 21YunBox.
Last I saw, they still needed to finish their Vercel plugin. But they have a plugin for Netlify China. Meaning you can deploy to China direct from a Netlify Dashboard.

Cloudflare Enterprise allows this and has Chinese DNS resolvers.
Look into Cloudflare, also some hosts give you cloudflare enterprise to host your sit cheap, called rocket.net gives you cloudflare enterprise for your site for like $30/month.
Some options, hope they help.
