Wrong anycast1 (zepto-) routing in Germany, goes to Norway instead

Starting a couple days ago the anycast1 servers default to zepto-osl instead of zepto-fra (both ipv4 and ipv6). 

My ping on the zepto-fra servers is still the usual 8-10ms so it's not a routing issue on my side, I think.
