Not Responding on Windows 10

Hi! I've installed, uninstalled, and re-installed NextDNS on a newer laptop running Windows 10. The Settings window shows "Not Responding", and has preserved the correct ID (which is covered in the screenshot). I'd like to fully uninstall NextDNS and remove all settings and configuration data and cache data to determine if this solves the issue.

Please advise on how to fully uninstall NextDNS on Windows 10.
