Can't access support.xbox.com

If I use NextDNS, I cannot reach support.xbox.com. I just get the Xbox logo interstitial. If I change my Windows DNS to 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8, the page loads just fine. I am using my NextDNS IPs in my Unifi Network application running on a Unifi Dream Machine if that's relevant.

    Works fine for me. Have the DNS settings entered in my router config.
