Custom filter for parental control

It would be nice if , on Parental Control, i could add custom addresses. 

For example if i want to block a certain address my child is using and it`s not in your Websites, Apps & Games list , i could add it manually , so i can use the recreation option on any website...

    I also would like this feature to block PS4 traffic after a certain time
