  • I can't say much but I also saw this happen with a friend that was using it on Vodafone, it would lock him out untill he turned it off. Its fine with the other two carriers we use ourselves so might be something to do with your ISP / Carrier.

    • Hey what... nextdns is LITERALLY EMBEDDED INTO VODAFONE. I can't find a reasonable explanation to this but it's just weird seeing that some company helping out nextdns just blocking it in its own network

Siam Mehedi Vodafone where I live blocks TLS as a whole, the other two carriers don't do anything about it but they block it completely so I have to turn it off to even access the network it's annoying but yeah Vodafone does what Vodafone wants.

Siam Mehedi To explain what you said, mine isn't Vodafone UK, it's Vodafone TR, they're probably embedded into UK, different countries different CEOs different systems. It's under the same umbrella but everything else is different.

  • Try it out again but instead of using DNS over TLS, use DNS over HTTPS since DNS over HTTPS runs on port 443 and its extremely complex to fend of DNS over HTTPS, I'd recommend using RethinkDNS companion app, if nextdns is still blocked, use rethinkdns, it's focus is on de-censorship and mitigating blocks from your carrier/ISP while maintaining ad block, you may not get the same features as nextdns, but it's last resort
