"Not Running" when deployed via Jamf

We're currently evaluating NextDNS within our organisation and ran into issues when deploying the profile generated from https://apple.nextdns.io/ via our MDM solution, Jamf. Would appreciate any advice that can be given. Have a feeling the Microsoft Defender ATP Network Extension is causing the issue, and while this feature isn't live yet and doesn't actually work, we cannot disable it due to limitations in Defender ATP itself.

    It seems that only 1 network extension can be active at any given time. 

    I noticed it with Little Snitch firewall, which has to be deactivated for the NextDNS profile to run. 

    Another user noticed it with LuLu, another firewall app that has a network extension.
