onetrust.com blocked (assumed false-positive)

Onetrust is a very widely used cookie settings manager, so I believe this could cause widespread functionality problems (that's why I discovered it was being blocked). Allowlisting onetrust.com resolved functionality problems in a web-based business application. I can't find any reference to a problem with onetrust.com that would explain why it is being blocked.
