NextDNS suddenly blocking the app Things on iMac

I used the app 'Things' and I can't sync between my iMac and other devices unless I disable NextDNS.  Appreciate any help.

    Check your NextDNS logs before and after using Things, see what has been blocked and why (or what blocklist did it).
