Account Hijacked

My account appears to have been hijacked - when I opened nextdns' website I was greeted with the normal account page but someone else's email address.  They appear to have changed password and 2FA

That isn't my email address at the top but the billing dates are mine and the last 4 of the CC listed were mine.

I tried to change password but I don't get the email for the password reset.

How do I get my account back?  I saw some posts on the discussion board about signing up for a new account and using your existing email which I did try but it just set up a new account so I can't even recover my real account that way.  If I log out of my real account I assume I'll lose access to it.

The password reset email would go to the address shown.  Whoever has your account would receive the email reset message.

    Did you have 2FA enabled?

Hopefully support will be able to see the history and change it back for you.

Unfortunately I didn't have 2FA enabled...I thought I had but it's an older account that I don't often need to log into so it slipped.  Don't really care about the account just don't want my billing info tied to it.

You can change the email back if you are still logged.

I am still logged in, but when you go to change the email it prompts for password which has been changed so I can't actually reclaim it, and using my original email address causes the window to say that the email address is already in use.   I have my password saved in my password manager and I know it was correct prior to this.
