Missing step in Windows/Chrome setup

If NextDNS is enabled in Windows Settings in Google Chrome won't work. You have to disable Chrome ASync DNS in order to use Windows NextDNS Setting. If you don't disable this flag NextDNS restrictions won't be applied to Chrome but queries will still be visible in NextDNS panel.
