High latency to Meta/Facebook services from NextDNS servers in Brazil

I’m experiencing significantly higher latency when accessing Meta/Facebook services (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram) while using NextDNS on my iPhone via the iOS configuration profile, specifically on my mobile network in Brazil.
Issue Details:
•    Location: Londrina, Brazil
•    Setup: NextDNS App
•    Network: Mobile carrier (4G/5G) and Wi-Fi.
•    Problem: High ping times to Meta services causing noticeable lag in WhatsApp (slow message sending, typing lag, call connection delays) in IPV4 or IPV6
Testing Results:
I conducted ping tests to Meta/Facebook infrastructure comparing NextDNS vs AdGuard DNS:
•    With NextDNS: Significantly higher latency to Meta services
•    With AdGuard DNS: Much lower latency to the same Meta services
•    Note: The issue only occurs on mobile network; Wi-Fi works normally
Current Configuration:
•    Using `ping.nextdns.io` I’m connecting to: anexia-sao-1

•    Anonymized EDNS Client Subnet (ECS): Disabled

•    Blocklists: HaGeZi Multi PRO
What I’ve tried:
1.    Simplified blocklists to reduce potential conflicts
2. Added Meta domains to allowlist (whatsapp.com, whatsapp.net, facebook.com, fbcdn.net)
3.    Disabled Parental Control features
4.    Tested with/without ECS enable

Request:
Could you please investigate the routing/peering between your Brazilian edge servers and Meta’s infrastructure? It appears there might be a suboptimal route when accessed from mobile carriers in the Paraná region.
I’m happy to provide additional diagnostic information if needed. Should I use the diagnostic tool at nextdns.io/diag?
Thank you for your attention to this issue

I'm from SC and used NextDNS over 5G yesterday; I didn't notice any high latency. I have ECS enabled, and it reports Curitiba as my location, so the Meta servers come from SPO or POA. AdGuard DNS is trickier with ECS; it reports me as being in Fortaleza, so as you can imagine, the latency hits the 80ms range. NextDNS still performs better in this regard.
