Router setup with nextdns

Next dns isnt working properly. Its only working on the device from which i have signed in only. All other devices which are using my internet and can access the blocked websites so I can not provide safety. But the this nextdns service is binded with my internet router and should work on all devices that are connected to my router. If it didn't work then i'll not pay or buy next month.

To configure my router i update the IPv4 addresses. Then because I have a dynamic IP address i have to use a service like NOIP and setup the linking. Though a don't think this works if your network uses CGNAT.

most isp routers lock you out from changing dns servers

In my router i have DHCP server settings, where I can set the DNS address to nextdns. I enter the primary and secondary dns as shown on the nextdns website.

Then because i have a dynamic ip address not a fixed ip address. I setup a DDNS provide in the router. The details of which I enter in the nextdns profile, setup-> linked-ip -> advanced -> configure ddns.
