45.90.28.57 unreachable via CIX Atlanta (DTC Communications) since Oct 6, 45.90.30.57 fine

Summary

Since about 2026-10-06 20:00 UTC, 45.90.28.57 has been completely unreachable from my ISP (DTC Communications). 45.90.30.57 answers normally. The same 45.90.28.57 address works from a different carrier (T-Mobile), so it looks like the anycast node or peering behind CIX Atlanta for that prefix. Still broken as of 2026-10-07 13:52 UTC.
