NextDNS Mac app is always "Disabled" on launch. Bug or intentional?

Every time I reboot my Mac, I have to remember to "Enable" NextDNS via the Mac menu bar icon.

Why doesn't the Mac app remember its last-used state? Couldn't it automatically switch "On" if it was "On" the last time the app was quit?

Let me know if it's just me! :)

Which version of the app do you have?

I'm using Version 2.1.3 (26) on macOS 27.0.1. My steps are pretty simple:

      - Launch the NextDNS app
      - Click the icon in the Menu Bar and "Enable" NextDNS
      - Quit the NextDNS app

The next time you launch the NextDNS app, it does not auto-enable NextDNS, it remains disabled by default.

please go to settings →  about and check "Receive Beta Update" then click check for update. Version 2.1.4 should fix this.
