Why is protocol still UDP and not DoT/DoH

my laptop is fine as it is using DoT/DoH

but phone is using UDP? I want to upgrade photo nextDNS protocol to DoT/DoH as it's more secure. any help

    How did you set it on your phone? Android have Private DNS that use DoT, and iOS DNS profile support both DoT and DoH.
