Block Lists blocks root domain not in block list

When attempting to access: spectrum.ieee.org
it is blocked.

This blocking comes from Lightswitch05 - Ads & Tracking list.

This is a bug, as it is blocking the valid domain which is partially a subdomain of an ad/tracking site.

This is not expected behavior, nor have I experienced this with any other block lists.

    Tested against a NextDNS profile that has no blocking, no lists.
    spectrum.ieee.org works.

    More data on the bug to isolate it as the block list functioning incorrectly.

       It's working perfectly fine. The Lightswitch blocklist is old and outdated, just use another more up to date list.

    It's not "working perfectly fine". Just because it's an outdated list matters not. 

    The nuts and bolts of it, is there is a blocked domain on a list, and it is blocking something that is not that domain.

    If they logic is such that you add a block to 

    thisisarealdomain.com.hackers.steal.data.io
    but in function it blocks
    thisisarealdomain.com then it is a bug.
    It should only block the root domain and any sub domain/hosts attached.
    It should not block a completely different root domain.
