Prime Video registering NextDNS as a VPN

Hi, when I set my phone to use NextDNS, I get this error message in Prime Video. I also use Nord VPN on my phone, but I don't get this message usually. It only appears when I change my DNS settings to use NextDNS.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?
