No internet when NextDNS is set

Since over a week ago I made a post about my problems. I didn't changed anything in settings or blocklists in the past over 6 months. I use NextDNS on windows + NextDNS windows app to set my desired profile. On Android is working without any problem.
This is what I did/troubleshoot to fix my problem but without success:
- fresh install of NextDNS windows app
- manually changed the DNS settings in windows internet settings
- I also made a test profile and the only change i made was selecting some blocklists
- completely reset windows internet adapter
I have no other ideas what else could be. Please help.
