Windows XP? Windows 7? Windows 8?

The driver relies on WFP, which isn't available on XP.

So Windows Vista is the minimum version of Windows supported?

I don't have Vista to check it, I'm just saying it definitely won't run on XP. It may/may not has other dependencies unavailable on Vista. Older version definitely would run on 7. Failing that, you can use dnscrypt, it support both DoH and DoT so you can then point it to your NextDNS address.
