Allowed pages not loading / ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

Hello all

I have recently set up NextDNS. I am running it on my MacBookPro and iPhone via Configuration Profiles.

I am having this issue:

• When opening a new page or reloading a page, I often get "ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED", "ERR_CONNECTION_RESET", "ERR_QUIC_PROTOCOL_ERROR" or similar.
• It can also happen when a page has loaded and I am making changes to data on that page, ie. when an API is making a POST / PATCH request. It will just fail.
• BUT, if I try to reload it once or twice, the page will eventually load
• For pages that are meant to be blocked by the policy, the blue screen correctly appears. This issue is happening for pages that are not meant to be blocked, including this help site, google, and others.
• When I disable the DNS in Mac settings, I stop having this issue.

I have the following blocks in the my.nextdns.io portal:

• Security: Google Safe Browsing
• Privacy: None
• Parental: 6 apps (none of which trying to be accessed), Adult category (also not trying to be accessed), SafeSearch, YouTube Restricted Mode, Block Bypass Methods
