Trying to setup a new config on Next DNS but not working

I am new to NextDNS. I'm trying to set up a new config. When I download the app with the new device id I get the above pic and an alert "Settings (Not Responding). I have uninstalled the previous NextDNS app but the previous device id is still in the alert. I have deleted, downloaded new app, and re-installed several times with no success.

How do I resolve this?

    I believe that is the Windows app version. Please try the yogaDNS option.
