Redmi Note 7 android 10.

When I run nextdns app after app after a few minutes the phone reboots itself

turn it off and on app in 4G sometimes works

  Silmes Since you have Android 10 on Xiaomi devices there is a Network and Sharing option using the Private DNS from there should get you connected just fine. At worst Googling Xiaomi Private DNS should show you exactly how. You copy and paste the DNS-over-TLS/QUIC you see on your my.nextdns.io page. Its your ID and dns.nextdns.io.
