How to block an app? I tried by blocking website but it doesn't work

It’s not an app blocker. It’s a dns blocker. You need to figure out what hostnames your app uses and add them to the blocklist

You can cycle your WiFi settings or set your Phone to Airplane mode then off again and only open the app you want to block after, if the domains are related to the game you can block them. It takes a bit of experimenting but you'll block the app quite easy.

Some apps use direct IPs to connect and in those cases it's not possible through NextDNS but more likely than not it'll use domains.
