Slow DNS performance on UDM-Pro

I'm noticing slow speeds on my fiber gigabit internet, particularly when trying to play YouTube videos across any of our devices. Can someone please tell me if my diagnostics for NextDNS looks okay?

I'm running NextDNS CLI on UDM-Pro.

    Try turning off performance settings.  All of them

    Clear DNS cache and test again
