TLD ".kids" not available in "Block Top-Level Domains (TLDs)"

The ".kids" TLD is not available to select in the security "Block Top-Level Domains (TLDs)" feature, nor can it be added to the denylist (no TLDs allowed).

When trying to add via the API, a "invalid" response code is returned.
