MikroTik - NextDNS Blocked Page Certificate

How to install and trust NextDNS Root CA onto my MikroTik Router and not individual devices or browsers.

I would like users to navigate to the blocked page and not having it show un-secure page warning.

On the following link i only see instructions to install on browser and devices.

Even if you could install certificate on a router it wouldn’t make any difference, users would still see the warnings.

It has to be installed on the devices to remove the warning.
