Ultra low server but unstable

Hello, I am from Vietnam, using NextDNS with YogaDNS. I usually enable Ultra-low Latency network option but recently I got unstable querry to NextDNS. I notice this issue just happen recenty with NextDNS. Are you guys changing something ?
