Intermittent outages from Barcelona, Spain week of 2/28/22

Has anyone else noticed outages this week?  From MWC in Barcelona, Spain, we had about an hour on Monday and then a minute here and there in the past few days.  Minimal, but impactful enough to make me change back to google for this week.  Are there any outage logs/reports/sites that are available for paid users?

    I have been had this issue since january myself, and it is getting more and more frequent... No updates from NextDNS, and they still charge me full price despite having daily outages..
