Slow DNS resolution in the UK for 30-40% requests

Hi,

we noted in the last couple of months that the DNS resolution became intermittently slow on DNS resolution. It is just pending. When re-requesting the same DNS record it finally resolved and then it’s locally cached.

It is across various use cases, Web browsing to App installation, Windows OS, iOS, etc.

Could you please provide more insight how to approach this problem as intermittent slow performance defies the purpose of use?
