Issues on macOS and iOS

NextDNS has stopped blocking traffic on macOS iOS devices. I am using both the CLI and apps. DNS tests show NextDNS as the DNS provider but very little traffic is blocked.  

test.nextdns.io and ping.nextdns.io do not resolve to a web page. The status in the account portal is grey.

Not sure how to diagnose or troubleshoot.
