Switchbot Lock doesn’t work with NextDNS enabled

I recently purchased a Switchbot Lock. With NextDNS active, it connects to my network but claims it doesn’t have any internet connectivity. I’ve disabled all lists and all beta settings so it should essentially be in pass through mode. It still claims it doesn't have internet access. There’s nothing in the NextDNS logs that show anything is blocked.

I made a separate WiFi SSID that sets the DNS server to Google DNS (8.8.8.8) and the lock connects immediately and works when NextDNS is removed from the picture.

Any ideas what might be going on here? I have a ticket open with Switchbot, but have yet to hear back from them.
