High latency issue (Azerbaijan)

Hello. I have some issues regarding the internet latency (aka ping). Basically, when I checked using NextDNS diagnostic, I came to conclusion, that there's a high latency in my region. Here's the link to the diagnostic I made recently. Also, when I use app, or cli, or even Configuration Profile on macOS, it always connects me to the location with the highest ping. The diagnostic has been made using the DNS Servers (Primary & Secondary).
