Helpdesk Support Ticketing

You really need a helpdesk system to provide support.  This community model is terrible.  I want to put a ticket it, and track a ticket and not keep trying to follow a forum style response to issues.  Been days and no real support.  At this point, feels like I wasted $20 per year for this service.

    Agree 100%. I've been using NextDNS for about 4 years, and last weekend I experienced an outage. All they offer is support on a public forum, and I got more help from community members than NextDNS themselves, and I never did get a proper diagnosis of the issue.     As a result, I've cancelled my subscription and am switching to ControlD, which is only £3 more per year, and they have proper support with help desk tickets, etc.  This is a paid service and customers deserve more than this.

    Yeah, at this point I am giving up on this.  Wish I wouldn't had pre-paid, but it worked fine for a couple of months.
