"Block Disguised Third-Party Trackers" setting prevents YouTube videos from playing

Recently I have had a problem playing YouTube videos when using NextDNS. When I click on a video I get the error "This content isn't available". I've seen this error on mobile app, TV app and PC (web) versions of YouTube.

I discovered that if I disable the "Block Disguised Third-Party Trackers" setting, this fixes the issue. I would prefer to keep this setting enabled, but I will have to disable it for now. I guess it wasn't intentional that it blocks YouTube and it's probably triggering their anti-adblock code (even though I am using a Premium account).
