Display explicitly on my.nextdns.io the config option is the Default/is user defined

I am exploring NextDNS and I am sometimes troubleshooting issues. I am having my Profile and an unused Profile that I haven't changed from the Default configuration to see what options I have defined that are different from the default.

I think it would be nice to see on the UI of the Config page a little indication either if it is using the default configuration or if it is different from it.

Maybe  a little box like the yellow BETA one? Maybe a very little text with a little font on a light colour under the setting title or description? Maybe changing lightly the colour/opacity/grosor of the box that holds the setting title+description+toggle?
