Some DNS server services are down for steering.nextdns.io

Hello there,

I noticed that my DNS Queries went very slow for today and noticed that some of the servers in 
steering.nextdns.io domain is down. I could use kdig to verify some of the servers in Asia is down, and the dns server ip is responding slowly. I usually use Malaysia, Singapore, and HongKong servers cause I am located in SEA. Most of the servers have the DoT services offline, I checked steering.nextdns.io the domain is still pointing to the said down IP last checked for DoT. 45.90.30.0 ip is occasionally lost packets causing slow queries.
