Brazilian e-commerce site (Magazine Luiza) not accessible with NextDNS enabled
Hello NextDNS Support Team,
I'm experiencing an issue accessing the Brazilian e-commerce website Magazine Luiza (magazineluiza.com.br and m.magazineluiza.com.br) when NextDNS is enabled.
Problem details:
Website: https://m.magazineluiza.com.br/busca/panela+ceramica/
Issue: The site doesn't load properly or is completely inaccessible
Location: Brazil
Device: [mention your device/browser]
What I've already tried:
Added magazineluiza.com.br and m.magazineluiza.com.br to the allowlist
Added magalu.com.br to the allowlist
Cleared browser cache and cookies
The site works perfectly when NextDNS is disabled
Additional information:
Magazine Luiza is one of Brazil's largest e-commerce platforms, similar to Amazon in the US. This appears to be a recurring issue with Brazilian e-commerce sites that use multiple third-party services for analytics, payments, and CDN delivery.
Could you please investigate which domains or services are being blocked that prevent proper functionality of this website? This would help not only me but other Brazilian users who might face the same issue.
Thank you for your assistance.

Adding to the «Allowlist» domains that are not blocked is pointless.
Just because it is the largest company doesn't mean it is not full of nasty trackers.
Try to add this to the «Allowlist» 274488p.ha.azioncdn.net wait 5 minutes and try to see if it is working.

I don't have any issue accessing the site (www.magazineluiza.br) from the UK while using NextDNS.
I did see a captcha to verify you are not a robot before it loaded. Maybe that bit got blocked for you?

I blocked everything except for:
«mlcdn.com.br» and it is working after you check the «I'm not a robot» box like R P M said. If you check the logs and no domain from these two is blocked it should work.
One more thing you can check, I don't know how did you set up the DNS, try to put the NextDNS without the profile (use just this: «dns.nextdns.io»), for example in browser DNS settings, to see if it working or not.

I tried with multiple VPN from different countries and it is working fine.
Like I said, if it's not blocked in logs adding to the «Allowlist» does not change anything.
All I can think of is that it is something to do with the browser. Maybe try with different browser and/or different device.
