macOS shows a stuck "NextDNS is paused" live activity

Since updating to the new NextDNS on iOS, the live activity on macOS is stuck. I can only get rid of it by hiding the live activity. NextDNS is not passed on either side.

And the live activity does not show up on the phone? Do you have steps to reproduce?

There's no live activity on the phone, because NextDNS was enabled on both sides. I tried rebooting, turning showing live activities off/on in settings. It seems I hid that current incorrect live activity. Now, pausing and resuming to create a new live activity seems to work correctly.
