It literally doesnt work at all.

Ive downloaded the app. Followed the steps.

Turned on block Ai assistants and it literally doesn't work. It says all done at the first screen.

    Such a drama queen. 😂

    It blocks some, it misses some, it can't block some. You can't fight the machine. 

    After you open a page there is cache, after you block something in NextDNS it will be blocked only the next time the device ask for DNS answer. Not asking for DNS (logs) nothing can be blocked. This is also true for some apps that ignore the DNS chain and use own connections, direct ip. When something doesn't work as you intend check the logs.
