Bring back edgeuno-uio server

I previously had 3ms latency to Nextdns but now I have 75ms+ due to routing issues to Bogota

Asumo que eres de Ecuador,por el servidor,yo también tenía el mismo problema,es un problema de routing,lo resolví,reportando el problema con el programa que NexDNS te provee para hacerlo, https://help.nextdns.io/t/y4hmvcx/report-network-latency-issue

En ese enlace se encuntra,mí problema sucedía con Netlife únicamente. Representante

Seems that most Ecuadorian ISPs don't have direct routing to Bogota (aside from Google and Meta servers), just tested from my mobile connection (CNT) and the latency is terrible
