zepto-sel-1 not working

Error message: "This device is using NextDNS with no profile"

Since a few days ago, NextDNS has not been working properly on my celluar network with IP starting with 223.62.

After many attempts, I was able to see on test.nextdns.io that the profile is loaded normally when the server is vultr-sel-1, but not when the server is zepto-sel-1.

Could you please check if there is a problem with the zepto-sel-1 server?
